We are always looking for people who are dedicated and passionate about farming; people who can help us on our journey as Australia’s leading corporate grain farmer.

We work with the latest technologies and machinery, following best practices. Teams on properties are supported by specialist staff at our Albury office, and together we work with the latest information and insights to drive performance and commercial direction.

We are determined to remain an industry leader.

Role and structure

At our office in Albury, we currently have permanent and part-time staff in roles ranging from the executive team, strategy and finance, human resources, and workplace health and safety.

On each aggregated property, we have a farm manager who is empowered to run the property and act as a de facto owner-operator. Each farm also has an assistant manager who takes care of day-to-day operations to allow the manager to oversee the property as a commercial enterprise and plan for the future.

Depending on the size of the operation, we also employ a number of farm hands and support staff, who are engaged as permanent staff.

Like most cropping businesses, we also enlist a large seasonal workforce at key times. This workforce can grow by around 70 people at our busiest times of the year.

We are fostering a variety of careers in our industry.

Career Pathways

We have defined career pathways for both the on property and grain handling roles within the organisation.
