A great opportunity to support the Farm Manager with general office administration duties of a large broad acre cropping aggregation.

In your new role you will:

• Complete Invoicing and purchase orders including checking end of month statements ensuring payment has been correct and timely.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll and administrative support for all farm staff.

• Assist with the presentation of the farm office and surrounds including general housekeeping.

• Maintain farm employee’s compliance records including induction reminders are sent/updated, uploading SOPs, Licences, Certificates etc.

• Ad hoc admin duties as required.

• Work independently and as part of a team within Lawson’s guidelines and policies.

You will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Experience in entering data into software packages.

• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of Kenworth trucks, trailers, grain storage and farm equipment. The Diesel Mechanic will work closely with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

You will:

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with diesel engines and vehicles

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems

• Perform engine overhauls and rebuilds as needed

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

• Communicate with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are maintained and repaired in a timely manner

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

You will have:

• Completion of a diesel mechanic training program or equivalent work experience

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
