The Fleet Allocator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the transportation of grain and bulk materials to ensure timely delivery. We are looking for someone who is super organised, great time management skills, has excellent communications skills and is looking to work in a dynamic environment.

You will

• Have a passion for agriculture, its supply chain and are in it for the long haul.

• Coordinate and schedule the transportation of grain and bulk materials to ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation operations.

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.

• Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays that may arise.

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and expenses.

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards including NHVR guidelines.

• Continuously evaluate and improve transportation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Adhere to safe work practices, following company procedures, and prioritising safety over operational outcomes.

About you

• Experience in the grain, logistics or transport industry

• You must be a people person who enjoys working in a strong team environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced MC tipper drivers. Tipper experience is preferable however not required as training will be provided.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience MC endorsed.

• Ability to complete paperwork in an orderly manner.

• A safe driving records with a mature attitude.

• Be well presented, punctual, and flexible to changing work requirements.

• The ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised.
